REFUND POLICY

1. All Sales Are Final Due to the unique, custom, and fragile nature of our mixed media sculptures and immersive pop art, HYPNOTIQ XPERIENCE does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for "change of mind." Please carefully review all images, dimensions, and descriptions before making a purchase.
2. Damages and Issues Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can evaluate the issue.

  • To file a claim: Email us at Info@HypnotiqXperience.com with photos of the damaged artwork and the packaging.

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your claim and let you know if the refund or replacement was approved.

3. Exceptions / Non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

  • Sale items or gift cards.

4. Refunds (If Applicable) If a refund is approved due to damage during shipping, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
