We reserve the right to modify, reject, or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel an order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid.

5. Accuracy of Information We attempt to be as accurate as possible when describing our products. However, strictly regarding color: please note that actual colors of the sculptures and artwork may vary slightly from what appears on your screen due to monitor display settings.

6. Shipping and Delivery Delivery will take place as soon as reasonably possible, depending on the delivery method selected. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and statutory holidays. You are responsible for paying any applicable delivery charges and/or international customs fees.

7. Returns and Refunds All sales of original artwork and sculptures are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged.

8. Limitation of Liability HYPNOTIQ XPERIENCE and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses including legal fees from your use of the site.
