HYPNOTIQ LIGHTNING | Interactive Smart Mannequin Sculpture | HYPNOTIQ

HYPNOTIQ LIGHTNING is a one-of-one interactive contemporary sculpture by Seattle artist Arian Lori-Amini, known professionally as HYPNOTIQ. Created in 2026 for Timeless Elegance at MARI SkyClub in Bellevue, the work fuses mirror chrome, hand-formed Plexiglas, digital media and the visual energy of fashion into a collectible sculptural object.
Three oversized matte-black lightning-bolt forms cut across the mirror-chrome half-bust, a deliberate visual nod to the electric iconography associated with David Bowie while remaining unmistakably within HYPNOTIQ's own futuristic design language. A transparent fluorescent orange, glow-reactive Plexiglas collar surrounds the neck, contrasting against the chrome surface and black lightning geometry.
At the center of the sculpture, a 7-inch Samsung touchscreen functions as a living digital canvas. It can display HYPNOTIQ visuals, motion graphics and video loops, allowing the physical sculpture to shift between static object and changing digital experience.
Every Plexiglas component is individually laser cut, heated and hand formed by HYPNOTIQ in the artist's Seattle studio.
