An original contemporary artwork by Arian Lori-Amini, known professionally as HYPNOTIQ.
LOVE TIES are unisex neckties hand painted and embellished in the studio, carrying the visual language of the HYPNOTIQ collection in a format built to be worn rather than archived.
The work. Created in 2023 as a limited release, the tie is an unusually good ground for this practice. It is narrow, vertical and always seen in motion, so a painted composition on it behaves more like a moving artwork than a static one. Each is hand painted individually and hand signed by the artist.
The form. A premium fabric base with hand applied acrylics and artist embellished details, sealed with a UV protective coating so the colour holds up to daily wear rather than fading into a keepsake.
Why it works. Most artist merchandise reproduces an image at scale. This is the opposite: a single painted object, made once, that happens to be functional. That distinction is what makes it collectable rather than promotional.
