EVERLASTING ROSE is a sculpted arrangement of gold roses set into a round vessel, finished by hand in high gloss resin and carrying a front plaque that can be personalised with any name, date or message.
The work. Cut flowers are the standard language of occasion, and their whole meaning depends on the fact that they die. This piece takes that gesture and makes it structural. The roses are sculpted rather than preserved, so nothing is decaying underneath the finish, and the plaque turns the object into a specific record rather than a generic ornament.
The form. The blooms are packed tightly into a dense, domed mass that reads as a single sculptural volume rather than as individual stems, with each rose head modelled in layered petals. The round vessel below holds the arrangement in a clean architectural cylinder, and the plaque sits across the front face where the text is sculpted directly into the design rather than printed onto it.
Materials and finish. The base is sculpted from eco friendly recycled PLA. Over it go three or more hand applied layers of premium food safe resin. That multi layering is what produces the flawless, mirror bright surface, and it also adds real mass: the finished piece weighs roughly 5.5 pounds and has the dense, substantial feel of a solid object rather than a light decorative one. The palette is shimmer gold against crisp white.
For the collector. Suited to a console, mantel, vanity, entry table or desk, and to gifting where a permanent object is wanted in place of flowers. The personalised plaque makes each one specific to its recipient. Care is simple: wipe gently with a soft damp microfiber cloth, and keep out of prolonged direct sunlight to protect the resin surface.
